Fizzy Foot Soak Powder

Fizzy Foot Soak Powder is ready in its new packaging. I have decided to create an envelope because the product is a one time use, and tossing a container every time you soak your feet would be suck a waste. The thought behind making it a one time use product is due to  two reasons . One, it is a natural product and large containers could go bad before you use them, wasting your money. Second, this way you are able to buy several scents, without spending a fortune.

Soaking your feet has many benefits. Epsom salt and Dead Sea salt have Magnesium and Sulfate, which is believed to help flush out toxins and free radicals from our skin cells. It is also a natural way to reduce inflammation, increase our circulation and ease join and muscle pain. Epsom also helps aid in foot odor, heal foot fungus and re-hydrate dry skin. Foot Soaks can relax us, reduce our stress and even help us sleep better. Plus it just feels great!

                          
 

My Fizzy Foot Soak Powder ranges from Energizing with Lemongrass, Bamboo, Grapefruit, and even Lemon oil to Relaxing scents with Sandalwood, Vanilla and Ylang-Ylang oil.  I make these powders by hand with a recipe that I have perfected over the last three years. The Citric Acid adds a nice little effervescent of bubbles in the water, and the soothing Baking Soda and Epsom Salt feels so good. I didn't stop there, I added Dead Sea Salt to help with a little extra stress reducer.

Beautiful Heels Bar...Amazing

  My Beautiful Heels Solid Lotion Bar is truly amazing. When I set out to create a lotion bar for your heels, I wanted to make sure it did more then rub on and smell good. I wanted it to restore damaged skin, heal cracks and re-hydrate dry itchy feet. I also wanted it to be easy to use and worth your purchase.  

The first thing I decided was that it would have more then Shea Butter and Beeswax, or the ever popular Cocoa Butter. I decided to add Pumpkin Seed Butter to my lotion bar. 

Pumpkin Seed Butter  is a gentle butter for all types of skin, yet it is very effective on skin conditions like Eczema, Psoriasis, and dermatitis. It is non-irritating, yet it works wonders on heeling cracks, dry damaged skin. 

Once I got the right ratio of Shea Butter, Pumpkin Seed butter and Beeswax I started on my essential oils.  I am using Lavender, Neroli, Bergamot, Evening Primrose  and Peppermint.

Why?

Lavender Essential oil is one of the best oils, used for so many issues. It stops bleeding , cleans and sanitizes cuts. It is an Analgesic oil. so it naturally helps relieve pain as well as a sedative. 

Neroli Essential oil is an antiseptic for cuts, and a sedative for pain. It also is regenerative, so it helps regenerate skin cells, as well as rejuvenating.

Bergamot Essential oil, from our Citruses, has a cooling relief as well as an Analgesic oil. It acts as a powerful disinfectant as well. 

Evening Primrose Essential oil is wonderful on Eczema and Psoriasis. It is also a gentle oil base, that will help carry the stronger essential oils without causing irritation to the skin.

Peppermint Essential oil  is refreshing, restorative and stimulating. It also helps control itching and is an antiseptic. 

When you add these wonderful natural essential oils together with hydrating oils of the Shea Butter and the regenerating powers of the Pumpkin Seed Butter you come up with my

Beautiful Heels Solid Lotion Bar.

 Using this solid bar twice a day and wearing thick soaks after applying will heal your heels quickly and naturally.  I love my bar, I use it first thing in the morning and a few hours before bed...I hate soaks on when I sleep. Before I started using my bar, I bet you could open tin cans with my heels. They were so bad, and walking was painful. I used my scrubs, and they worked for that day, but my heels were so bad off that if I missed a day and didn't file and then apply 1/2 a tin of my Heal My Heals cream, they would return right back to razor sharp. I am on my feet all day, slightly over weight, and only wear soaks all day. A bad recipe for cracked destroyed heels. 

That is why I worked so hard to create a recipe that went beyond healing, it had to be restoring.

That is what these bars do, they restore, re-hydrate, rejuvenate, and repair damage.
